Returns & Exchanges

At Oculus Eyecare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Package Your Frames

  Place the eyewear, original case, and cleaning cloth back into the protective shipping box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
